ASC would like to welcome all instructors back to the club for the start of the 2021/22 sailing season. You are invited to attend a group induction season started day, scheduled for Saturday the 25th of September. Attendance will be required for all head instructors (unless arranged with Nicci prior) or those hoping to attain head instructor in the coming season and will also be a great day for all other instructors to attend to pick up some handy tips and tricks. You will also meet the new Sailing School Manager at the induction as for those who don’t know Nicci will be going on maternity leave starting in October.

The day will start at 8am and will include:

-          New uniform policy 

-          A few safety drills

-          Lesson Structure and minimum requirement essentials

-          New Powerboat policy

-          New time sheet system

-          Free sausage sizzle for attendees :)

I aim for the session to be finished by about 11am with time for a BBQ afterwards before Hot Up Sailing.
