The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 28 June 2021 in the Regatta Room at Adelaide Sailing Club.

The Agenda and Annual report will be sent electronically to members 7 days prior to the meeting. If you would like to receive these documents in hard copy form, please email adminmanager@adelaidesailingclub.com.au prior to 16 July 2021 to advise.

The following elections will be held at the meeting:
- Election of Commodore, Vice Commodore and Rear Commodore for one year
- Election of four Committee of Management members for one year
- Election of two Board of Management members for two years

Nomination forms are available from the club office, can be downloaded from the club website or are available here.

Nominations for the above positions by an eligible voting member and seconded by another eligible voting member must be received by the club before 9:00 am on Monday 14 June 2021. Only eligible voting members may be nominated for the positions of Flag Officers and Committee members. Notices of other business, for the meeting shall be received by the club before 9:00 am on Monday 14 June 2021.
